    I HIGHLY dislike when adults talking to other adults say "I have to potty."

    Potty.. I hate that word unless you are talking to a child. Dont know why. just dont like it.

    Anything you guys cant stand for no apparent reason?

      When its used to describe the acutual body part... I dont mind when its used to decribe a person with is being a sissy.

      My husband hates moist too. lol

      My kids babysitter would ask them if they were hungy (without the r) and so they started saying hungy and I HATE it. I pretty much got them to stop but one of them busts it out once in awhile. :mad:

      OMG!!! My co-worker says "I have to go potty" all the time.......drives me nuts.

      Well if thats your daughter in your picture--she's still little so you can get away with saying it to her but my kids are 9 and 7!!! Its not so cute anymore. lol

      haha! My 11-year old son and I keep a running list of words that just rub us the wrong way, for no apparent reason other than they just sound wierd. Off the top of my head:

      quench
      slacks
      trousers
      succulent
      shimmy
      blanche

      Again, no particular reason...

      I get more annoyed with people who mis pronounce words. Such As:

      "Warsh": because there is no R in WASH
      "Egzacly": No G sound folks... The word is Exactly

      I could probably go on for some time... But I will leave you with the first two that come to mind. LoL
