So, I hit a milestone today, under 200, but, was a friend's 40th bday and we went out for dinner. I ate like I used to and I wanna puke!. One 20 oz frozen margarita, 2 chicken tacos, 2 beef tacos and chips and salsa.. I feel beyond guilty and full. :( gonna have to compose myself and do a double workout tonite.... already started drinking a bottle of water.. have a feeling the scale isnt going to like me in the morning.

Don't fret about it too much. When I feel like I've overdone it, I skip the scales for a few days because the weight will come back off. I know for me personally, if I see a higher number I get depressed and may end up binging on junk so I avoid that!

The way I deal with that is put it ALL in mfp, then over the next 7 days, divide the overage by 7 and take that many calories off perday in Quick Calories, right off the top. It always works for me, I only weigh in once a week so you have to divide it by how many days till your next weigh in. Great way to balance an overindulgence and still stay on program.
