How to help soreness!

I am very sore after starting a new workout. I worked out 2 days ago and I still very sore.Any tips beyond just taking an advil.

I would recommend doing a realllly good strech and then soaking in epsom salts in the tub.0

Up your water and potassium. Eat some bananas!0

Nothing to be done really, I'm really sore too. But I just stretch and push through it, soaking in a hot bath works well but I love good old Icy Hot0

My arms were very sore the past few days to the point where I did not want to move them. So, I didn't. I held my arm like it was in a sling. WRONG. The next day, I was in so much more pain than I was in the previous day. I had to stretch it out. Stretching it out may be very painful, but trust me, it helps A LOT! Your muscles will thank you for it! I learned the hard way!0
