I used a cookie scooper (Pampered Chef), and the cookies came out in a perfect ball....pretending they are bon bons. Actually, they are very tasty!

Bump! Going to try applesauce instead of an apple. The honey instead of sweetner idea sounds good, too. Also might try these in bar form like another poster did.

I experimented with this yesterday and they turned out delicious.

    2 bananas
    1 apple-peeled
2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
    1/2 tsp of vanilla
    1 tsp of cinnamon
    stevia/truvia sweetner to taste

Blend Banana and apple together in a blender
Pour into a bowl with oatmeal, cinnamon and vanilla
    mix well
    1 table spoon per cookie

I put them in the oven aroun 375 for 15 minutes. makes about 36 cookies and are roughly 25 calories per cookie

I tweeked them a little and added 2 tbsp. Peanut Butter, an extra banana, used 2 1/2 cups oats, and used 3/4 cup applesauce instead of a real apple. So my calories per cookie were about 68cal. I also only got 25 cookies out of my batch using a tablespoon. They are pretty good, but not a crunchy cookie like my husband likes!
