My Hubby has purchased a fitted dress for me...but I need to lose some inches on my hip area. :ohwell:
I know you can't spot reduce, so I am looking for the best exercises for that area, so that I can tone while I am working on the weight part!!

I have no science to back it up but rope skipping (a la boxing training) and cycling helped me drop weigh and tone my lower body.0
