How in the heck do you eat enough food to lose weight when you are not hungry? I get the exercise in but I'm really not that hungry.Sometimes a small snack will do. I find it hard to eat when I'm not hungry. After much reading, I've come to the conclusion that I may need to increase my calorie intake, at least to shed some lbs. However, I have a hard enough time eating the calories I that I do have set.

My friend at work told me that I need to eat 6 times a day which I find difficult to do. I have a very sensitive stomach and have a hard time eating in the morning. However I do find myself getting hungry in the evening before bed. I'm trying to learn to curb those later cravings.0
