I'm trying to set some goals.
What things should I know besides weight, measurements and BMI?
I see a lot of other abbreviations that I do not understand!

Forget BMI. Body fat percentage (BF%) is much more meaningful.0

Oh, thank you. I have been wondering what "BF" stood for.0

My ultimate goal is 18-20% body fat and about 150-155 lbs.
I just go by what I looked like at a younger fitter age with more muscle.
My advice would be to set some fitness goals for yourself then worry about the body goals later. Work on getting stronger and fitter.0
