HELP!!!! Completely stuuuuuuck!

At first, I lost weight steadily but the past two weeks I've been the same weight!! I just cannot seem to be below my calories, I have no motivation!!!!! I try and walk everyday but I think I've just given up in my head!! I am doing a charity run on June 3rd and NEED to lose the rest of this weight!!!

Someone give me a SLAP!!!!!!!!!!!

    Don't give up - I went off the wagon for a few months but am now back on seriously trying to lose half a stone

    Write a list of reason u want to lose weight. I found that writing it down and then going back to it actually will motivate you to continue.

    mmm... the 'head battle... that's a tough one!

    I decided, if I added up all the minutes/ hours I felt down about my size, acey and unfit...it would probably be longer than the days it would take to shed the pounds.

    ...I though when feeling down/ bad/ unmotivated....why stuff my face, when I would feel worse latter on for doing it.

    ..so I took control and lost 3 stone ( 42lbs)

    Now I always know the choice is mine...

    Could you change your walking routine? Perhaps you are bored with seeing the same view everyday. Would it be possible for you to take a class at a gym or to meet with a trainer? This helps to motivate me because I am letting people down if I don't show up and give it my all.

    Thank you for your advice everyone! I'm going to start doing Zumba every week, which will add fun to exercise :)

    Also decided to get off bus a stop before I'm meant to!!!
