We all know women have a weakness for a sixpack... They are the only thing that gives man power.
Sir, I must respectfully be in dissent of your opinion. I vehemently believe that traps are the greatest glory muscle there is.

I use a 4 day split at the gym, and have AB exercises on every day.

    Weighted sit-ups on decline bench.
Weighted Russian twists on decline bench.
    Hanging leg raises
    Hanging knee raises
    Cable Crunches
    Machine Crunches

I'll second or third the deadlifts and squats, and add hitting the heavy bag, awesome core workout.

    Exercises? Squats, deadlifts and planks

I also like doing pilates/ fusion because it helps me focus on my core more and improve my form in other workouts and my posture in everyday activities. My favorite go to workout for this is the Method Target Specifics abs section.

For more traditional ab workouts, I like the chest and abs and core sections of Jillian Michaels' No More Trouble Zones. Nice mix of planks and crunches.

Yeah, I think that shoulder muscles are hot... and so are pecs. Those are the muscles that hold a man up while he's doing the deed and that's my favorite view of my hubs...

Anyway, to answer the question about abs, I find that for my abs, the hardest thing to do ever is the boat pose in one of my yoga DVDs. I have seen variations of it in my ChaLEAN workouts too. You basically lay on the floor, keep your legs together, lift your legs off the floor and maintain pressure against your back on the floor. Then, raise your arms too... it's really hard for me.

Planks are also good. I suck at those, but I'm getting better!
