You look great. I've had 2 c-sections (both 9 pound babies), and my stomach is a wreck. Hopefully I'll look like you soon!

Awesome work! I can't believe how flat your tummy is in that last pic!!! My tummy still has the c-section flap/look and I'm just trying to get it cinched in a little more, like yours! Very inspirational! Thanks for sharing!

You look amazing. Thank you for posting.
  • Awesome job. I had 2 c-sections and my kids are 14 months apart so I barely had time to heal from the first one. I know it's going to be tough but reading stories like yours are encouraging.

Not a problem! I can't tell you how long I have spent on the internet trying to find out if there was some slim chance of losing the "flap" and everything pointed to surgery as my only option!

I'm very envious of your pouch lol... I am not too big of a beliver mine will shrink like I'd hope for it to. It's just deflated skin that sags above my scar. I've had 2 c sections. But u have given me a reinforced hope.

Girl just keep working hard and if all else fails surgery is not a shameful thing to do!

My first tore 3 holes above my belly button. Did u get a mesh patch? How is working out for you? Is it ever pinchy? I'm definitely curious to see how my muscles in that area will look after I get in shape.

Amaing job getting rid of the flap. I had an emergency section with my son, so my "zipper" is from
my belly button down. Hopefully i can get the same results!!!

    You look AMAZING
I had two babies, not c section but I had two umbilical hernias and surgery. It hurts bad. My babies streched my belly so far, and my stomach muscles are so weak. But I keep working it. About to hit up a workout right now.

No I was very fortunately with my OB when I had twins at 23 weeks via emergency CSection. He said any other OB would not have hesitated to slice straight up the middle. The reason my pouch became overwhelming is because I had a repeat CSection a year later with my oldest son. I was freaking LAZY for two years. I decided to start a workout routine only to find out I was pregnant with my baby (now 8 months old). NO MORE BABIES FOR ME so that means no more excuses for hanging on to the stuff I don't want or need!
