Yeah, it's me again *lol* Can't get me outta here today *lol*

Ok, I often work out sometime after breakfast, usually around 10 am. My breakie generally consists of between 180-250 calories. I usually burn off around 350-500 calories working out. Should I be eating more at breakfast? My husband thinks I'm nuts because I'm not that hungry and he thinks I should be starving. I'm wondering if it's harmful to work off more then you're taking in?

On my weekend runs i usually eat 300-500 calories and burn over 1000. It works for me and I don't think it's harmful. I am not hungry right after either.

I wouldn't worry about it at all unless you are super hungry...well, as long as you are not undereating all day though. The numbers at the end of the day/week are more important than the time of day you have eaten or worked out. Sometimes I wake up and run without eating anything at all.

There is no reason you need to worry about WHEN you are consuming calories... Some people work out on a completely empty stomach. It's totally up to you.

I think that alone is ok, as long as you're feeding your body well after your workout and throughout the rest of the day.

I do find some days I'm a little shaky when I'm done working out but as soon as I eat and drink water I'm fine. Maybe I should up the breakie a little bit and see if that helps. Thanks for the advice :)
