Don't know about weight loss specific vitamins. I take a woman's multivitamin with iron each day, fish oil, and Osteo Bi-Flex (or else my joints hurt like crazy).

Agree with leslisa. Take at least 3600mg of fish oil a day. A multivitamin, Calctrate calcium and Vitafusion fiber pills everyday.0
