Hi
What is the best vitamins to take for weightloss and exercise, im not into protein powders or anything like that

    Don't know about weight loss specific vitamins. I take a woman's multivitamin with iron each day, fish oil, and Osteo Bi-Flex (or else my joints hurt like crazy).

    Looking to boost your metabolism? Green tea is proven to help as is ice water and hot peppers =). And all are all natural.

    Agree with leslisa. Take at least 3600mg of fish oil a day. A multivitamin, Calctrate calcium and Vitafusion fiber pills everyday.
