    Absolutely amazing!!! You give me my hope back:) I used to be 342 lost down to 189 and over 2 years gained back up to 340. I started MFP in March & I'm down 20 pounds so far! I absolutely love it here!!! I hope you have overcome the "funk" after posting this before/after!!! I know I would be:) :flowerforyou:
