Energy food before my full day of competitive volleyball?

Hello all, tonight is my Senior Prom and tomorrow I have got to be up at 6 am and ready to play volleyball all day! I plan on being in my bed sleeping by midnight. But I can't play well on 4 or 5 hours of sleep alone, so does anyone know some kind of smoothie or foods that I should have for breakfast that are healthier than an energy drink but will give me that little boost that I know I'm going to need in the morning? Thanks!!

    A baked potato with some cottage cheese and a pint of (semi) skinned milk always works for me. I know it not really a breakfast food but it does work. Or have a big bowl of porridge with some semi skimmed.

    I always eat pasta before a volleyball match...but I don't know whether this works for breakfast ;) And I also like eating bananas...
