Side Fat

I store my fat on my sides, just above my hip bones. No matter what I do the fat won't budge. Any suggestions?

    Yoga, pilates

    Yogurt, fish and tons of veggies,

    I also drink a lot of water and 1nce every 3 months do a 15 day cleanse with paragon parasite cleanser

    only cardio can get rid of fat........ and your body decides where it comes from, sorry.

    I have had the same problem, it's coming off slowly but surely.

    Bellydance is excellent for that area...you contract your side muscles with all of your hip shimmies, lifts and drops...plus it is so much fun...it is a total body femine artform that combines toning with cardio.

    I've lost all the weight I wanted to and I still have some. I think it's there forever :ohwell:

    I have the same problem, love handles I HATE THEM!!!! I think it curses most women blah but I am sure intense cardio will shed them away, its where my chub seems to wanna stay...so I am with you in that one. Kick up the cardio!!!

    What is HIIT?

    High Intensity Interval Training, you can google it to get some ideas, basically hig intensity for a short period of time followed with moderate intensity, for example 2 minutes running foloowed by 2 minutes walking, then 2 min running a little faster, then walking for 2, , etc. Hope that made sense:smile:
