    I just started today and was contemplating how many times per week I would do this DVD. I finally decided on 3x per week. So I'm in. I plan to mix this up with Tu/Th gym and Sat. morning kickboxing.

    Got home from work and pushed play to cardio party. I have been going between the 20 minute and and this one the last week and just feel so great. I am doing the same thing. Going to the gym at least 2 times a week and doing Zumba once a week with my friend.
    I am starting to feel like a beach body junky, but love mixing it up....

    Today i do feel sore , but those kicks are awesome!!! Have a great day.....gym for me today....

    got cardio party 2 in today and plan to do my third one this week tomorrow.
    I am amazed how great i feel after this workout and have never been really able to stick to dvd that is more than 30 minutes..this is EASYYYY
    I do think a 3x a week plan with other acitivities helps. Did Zumba class with my friend on Thursday..also fun!

    I tried the cardio party 2 today and was barely finishing it....but the point is i tried and i am going to try again!!!

    I have also noticed how good I feel after doing Turbo Jam. I went to my kickboxing class at the gym today. I already did Turbo Jam 3x this week. This week I lost 2lbs and 0.5 inches.

    That is really great. It amazing to me the amount of energy you use and then have after this workout. Making some changes to my diet this week. Cutting out breads and flour products this weekM-Fexcept oatmeal for breakfast.
    Elliptical at the gym today....after work.

    So this week i did the 20min turbo jam to start my day. This morning i completed my first cardio party and i feel AWESOME! There was a point where i didn't think i could finished but i pushed it all out. I'm glad i did. :)

    Hmm, i think i should join from here on. I'm trying to get back into a workout program since I fell off the wagon and this was one of the first videos that I started with at the very beginning. I LOVED boxing (currently using Gold's Gym boxing for the Wii which really enjoy and gets me sweating) and I love to dance so maybe this will get me excited to workout again...

    Week number 3 of Turbo Jam 3x a week.....
    I am just plain happy to be sticking to something. I am on day "36/50 days of something" and have loved adding this workout to my plan. Charleen knows just how to get you moving and what I have noticed this past week is that I really do not have to think about it as much. I know the moves and yesterday I was really able to increase the intensity. I am doing this workout mostly the low impact, but not low intensity. I just bought Turbo Jam cardio party 3 and a 20 minute Turbo Fire on amazon and will try that starting next week.

    On week 3.... I really want to concentrate on diet more, because what I am noticeing is that my leg muscles are looking more toned and feel stronger. My ultimate goal is to be more lean by September when I go to Florida with my friend and that combo of diet and cardio is just going to to do it one day at a time.

    Week 3 complete ;) i love this workout......
    Week 4 I will do cardio party 3 (50 minutes) 3x and try the turbo fire 20 minute workout i bought on a 4th day.....
    I am really amazed how my gut feels when i am doing this workout. You really engage upper and lower body.

    Well i lost 9.5lbs this month and it has a large part to do with Turbo Jam! Unfortunately the pace of life got busy and i didn't do as much of the cardio party as i would have liked. But here is to June!

    I love Turbo Jam, but sometimes I forget about it. I think I'll do it tonight instead of the treadmill!
