Hello! This is my first try, need some support!

I do really well at the start of the week, but sometimes I get stressed with work and head straight for the fridge!

I really need people to talk to at that moment to get over my cravings.

Please add me as a friend so I can get support before I open the fridge door!

    Me too! I eat when I'm stressed and having a toddler is definitely stressful. But I need to lose my weight before I can have another baby. I need support, too! Please add me and we (all three of us :) ) can lose our weight together.

    Welcome and good luck!
    Many people don't get it completely "right" on their first try because a bit of trial and error may be necessary in order to find out what works best for you. I highly recommend reading some of the informational "permanent" posts at the top of each of the message boards. They have some good "starting" information. Use the message boards for ideas, but keep in mind that what works for others may not be right for you.
    (I don't "friend" people until I've gotten to know them a bit. But I'll be happy to respond to messages, and you can chat with many on the message boards.)
