What is the right time to workout?

Should I be working out before work or after? what is the best way to lose weight? or dose it matter?

    The right time to exercise is the time you exercise, it's all good. But in all seriousness, I work out in the morning before going to work only because I don't know when I'll be walking in the door from work. I have one of those jobs where you stay until what needs to get done, gets done. So it is the A.M. for me, 4/4:30am. :ohwell:
  • I prefer the morning because it helps me wake up and get the day started off on the right foot, but the right time is really up to you.

    The right time is whenever you will do it consistently. Studies have found that morning exercisers are more likely to be consistent. Its easier for life to get in the way when you exercise in the afternoon or evening...a project at work runs late, you need to run errands, you are now too tired from the day, etc. Ultimately it is what works for you.
