Apple Pie Smoothie.

I was watching The Revolution last week, i believe it was, and they had a recipe for an Apple pie smoothie. It looked yummy! I believe there was only 3 or 4 ingredience. I went back to the website today to get the recipe since my hubby bought me a new blender, but the recipe wasn't there. Does anyone happen to have it? Or atleast a simple recipe with few ingredience?

2 apples of choice, cored with peel
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup skim milk
5 pecans
Blend til smooth.
Also, you can substitue 1/2 cup non fat yogurt (plain or vanilla) and reduce skim milk to 1/2 cup. This makes it creamier. Pecans may be omitted. It will lessen fat content (removing omega-3) and take away the "crust" texture of the smoothie.
Another substitution is using 2 tsp of apple pie spice instead of nutmeg and cinnamon.
One last substitution is adding a banana (fresh or frozen). It increases the potassium content.0 -
