Hi All, I'm from South Florida. New to the site. I started at 191lbs and am down to 165. GW is 125.

Would love any good tips, especially any good plateau breakers!

Cheers, D

Hi! Welcome! I will be in SoFla for the winter....hoping to move back permanently. :glasses:

Read these two for good plateau info:

I've also compiled lots of the past insightful posts from some really smart people who are successful weight loss maintainers on this site: It is always at the top of the "General" category in the community.

There are new posts throughout that thread, so read through all of them....

**In general, read ALL of those at the top of the General Weight Loss category. The ones with the mousetraps icons in front of their titles.**

    thanks for the warm welcome!

been having a hard time dealing with no wine at the end of my night. Anyone have any good info on whether adding that glass of wine as long as you allow for it calorie - wise will still let you lose?

I haven't given in, but boy do I wanna!
