A question about weight loss

I started with MFP one week ago. In the first 6 days I lost 9 pounds. Now the weight loss seems to have stopped. I experienced no change between yesterday and today. Does anyone have any suggestions? Am I doing it wrong?

    You aren't doing anything wrong. Weight loss can start fast, but for the most part is a grind. Before long, you'll be measuring change from week to week, rather than day to day.

  • Usually that "big" loss at the beginning is water loss. Keep working hard and eating right...you'll see results!!

    Its a marathon not a sprint. Patience and persistance gets us to the goal. Hang in there....you can do this.
