Beef Jerky, quest protein bars, this mug cake http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/563295-20-second-sugar-free-chocolate-mug-cake

Haha just noticed that you're the one who posted that mug cake lol

LOL that's funny. :) Did you try the cake? If so, what did you think?

I did try it. The done part was too eggy for me. But the more soupy part was better. I added PB2 and used water instead of milk.

Just had some frozen blueberries. Suck on them. Yummy and takes awhile to eat.

I also will have a spoonful of peanut butter...one lick at a time...the natural kind with less preservatives.

  • It becomes a problem after about 6 or 7 pm. It is recommended that you have you night snack at about 2 hours before you get to bed, so that your body can digest it

My evening dessert kick has been Yoplait Greek Honey Vanilla (100 cal) and 1 Tbsp of Chocolate PB2 (23 cal). It is 10 grams of protein. I mix it and freeze it and then eat it as ice cream! Super yummy!!!

I will eat frozen grapes or 1/2 cup greek yogurt with flax seeds and/or granola. I also really love banana "sushi" - spread a thin layer of honey and pb on a tortilla and wrap around a banana. cut the tortilla wrap into individual pieces and then you have sushi! the sushi is a bit more caloric perhaps for what you are looking for but makes a nice dessert / treat every now and then!
