she still looks great. What a good attitude she has. I think she should be a motivational speaker.
I can't believe she is 12% body fat, that's awesome, that's what I WANT to get to. That's not as hard for a guy as for a lady, but that just makes it all the more impressive that she got there!

    Its also on you tube i did see it I am proud of her, and guys can get away with a lower body fat percentage than we ladies...
