I've been having a horrible month with both food and exercise and and really need to get back into this thread. So I'm rejoining today, even though I have no idea what the scale says. I'll update tomorrow with my start weight.

Thank you soooo much for all you do for this. I'm sure you are so busy in your life right now. Just belonging to this group is really helping me accountable. Even more than having friends who make sure I check in everyday and look at my diary.
