If pushing a 60+ lbs stroller while walking at roughly a 4mph pace. What would you add to that for calories burned. There are a few sizeable hills on my walk. One of which the local doctor's like to call "cardiac hill".

My estimate is :: 4mph at 8 cals / min..add 2 for resistance and make it 10 cals/min..0
