Day 1- Looking for Friends.

Hello, I am a 38 year old mother of one. I have ALOT of weight to lose and need all the support I can get!.. I work permanent midnights 11pm-7am and have for almost 20 years. It has really taken a toll on my health and I am finally ready to make some changes!

    Hey! My name is Maria, I am 56 and a mother of 3 and one grand-daughter. I have been overweight throughout my life my highest was 278 and I'm only 4"11. In the past 2 years I've lost a total of 110 still have another 30lbs to go and those have been the hardest!

  • This is my first day too. I am 38 with two active girl's. I am starting at 230 and would like to get to 200 and then look at getting to 180. I dropped a lot of weight about 8yrs ago (before 2nd child) by doing Curves and WW. I just can't work those into the budget at this time. I do have access to a free gym and I am planning on taking advantage of that.

    Hi All: I am Nancy. I'm 54 years old and have about 80 lbs to lose. I am starting here today. I have been overweight since about age 13. Before that I was skinny! I started controlling my food intake 2 weeks ago and have lost 4 lbs. I will support any/everyone if you will help me, too! Maybe we can create a challenge! I use to be on an ediets challenge where we worked on one thing for a week, like hitting all of our water, staying under our fats range, etc. We made it harder too, like recording exercize for a week or two, etc. Anyone up for it? Maybe we can kick off with a GREAT first week?!?!?!?! Glad to be here!

    Hello Daanis, I just started 2 months ago and I'd love to share the journey with you! Please add me since I don't know how to add people to my page!!! Remeber it's one day at a time, we didn't gain the weight overnight and we're not going to loose it overnight but, with perseverance and determination we can reach our goals!! I turn 40 this September and my goal is to be 140 at 40, I'm 39 lbs away from this goal!
