dang girl you did your thinggg lol . how long were you workouts? im having trouble figuring out how many calories to burn , i usually burn 2000 but thats too much considering im only eating 1200 cal.0

I did the 30 day shred for 60 days....that's all I did!
I've started walking/jogging 5 days a week it's a out 15-20mins
and I'm waiting to start insanity once I lose about 11 more pounds!
I don't work out all day and I don't keep track of what I burn
I always eat between 14-1500 calories because I'm still breastfeeding and I do not want my milk supply or my body to suffer0 -
