Ok I just changed my calorie to my BMR which is 1570. This is the bare minimum I should eat correct. My TDEE is 2440 is max maintain. I know I'm supposed to eat inbetween these numbers...so do i ignore exercise calories

If you are going to set your goal at BMR, then yes, you should eat your exercise calories.0

Either raise your calories to about 1700-1800 and eat your exercise calories too, or raise your calories to 2100-2300 and don't eat them.
1500 is too low either way. You don't have enough body fat left at your weight to be able to cut your calories to your BMR!0 -
