Hi everyone, i'm new here.
i'm a massage therapist, i do 2 - 4 massages every work day, it's exhausting and physical and hard work... but it's not like you know, a cardio workout or whatever. When i'm trying to sort out my daily activity... how do i account for that, any ideas?
1 hour massage = 30 minutes of yoga?
1 hour massage = 1 hour of... i have no idea. Help?

Weird, i'll look again, but i didn't see massage listed as an activity.
i don't have a HRM. Maybe i'll look into one.0 -
If you do it every day why not just change your activity level up? It'll give you more base calories to begin with.
If you do them sporadically then I guess maybe housework if you can't find massage?0 -
My schedule varies by appointment....some weeks are busy, some are not. Right now i am crazy busy, but that will even out. i think my problem is more that i am not sure i'm setting my baseline correctly anyway.0

rather than counting this as an exercise, you could choose a different lifestyle which will recalculate your BMR.0
