This is a really dumb question but i am confused? Can anyone tell me how I would find out the mph and what the minute mile result is that I have to put into the exercise diary? If I jogged 4kms in 33 minutes, what would that make those results. I tried using the calculators online but i'm really confused. Cheers Suzanna

Approx, you are running slightly over 12minute miles0

8km = 5 miles so multiply your km distance by 5/80

I find this one good : http://www.csgnetwork.com/runracepacecalc.html
According to the information you have entered above you were jogging at a pace of (just over) 4.5 mph! That works out at 13 minutes 17 seconds per mile.0 -
