GETTING WEAKER AFTER A WEEK OF DELOAD

Hi Everyone
I'm an intermediate lifter & have been lifting heavy weights for quite sometime now. I read somewhere that you also need to deload every 6-8 weeks to give your body & muscles a break. Now here is the problem, I had a flu two weeks ago that prevented me to lift weights for the whole week & actually just came back last week. However for this week, I notice that I'm feeling tired very easily & today actually is my lifting day but I really feel tired, dizzy & weak that I might need to skip workout. The last time that I lifted was last Sunday & today is already Wednesday so I think I've given my muscles enough time to rest. I don't know if one week of deloading is enough or should I need another week.
