awww see how cute snappers is just turned 32 years old! i hatched him out when i was 14 years old stays in a cement pond in the summer and in a tote in my room all winter never here a peep outta him lol i have heard a few screams from a few curious women wondering what was in the tub ,can pets join mfp?? he could stand to lose a few pounds lol

    He is way cool, what is his name?? You;'ve obviously taken great care of him, from what I understand turtles aren't that easy to keep as pets...soft shell, etc. Thanks for sharing, this pic made my night!

    I have never heard of anyone actually raising a turtle successfully from kid with a pocket sized turtle to that! Congratulations!

    Wow, that is a big snapper. We had them in the lake I live on in NC. In the Spring, we would watch the momma ducks take their ducklings for a swim and see how many just got yanked under by the snappers.
