Hi! I'm new to this site so i decided i'd just post a new topic for people like me.

My goal is to lose body fat. I'm already doing cardio (jogging) every day, i just wanted to know good exercices to combine with that. I don't want to gain mass, just want to reduce body fat, define muscles and firm them up slightly (mostly chest and abs).

What would be a good program? Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

You could try the 100 pushups programme. It's free and pretty tough. Just google 100 pushups.
Or if you want to go further then look into getting some kettle bells, there are a ton of videos on YouTube with demonstrations of the exercises you can do.

Heavy compound lifting. Just keep eating at a deficit and you won't gain much muscle mass. Look up 5x5 routines and chose one you like. I'm doing stronglifts at a caloric surplus on lifting days and equal to or slightly below on non lifting days and I'm losing fat. I haven't done any cardio since I started the 5x5 program too.

Eating a deficit means eating less calories than you burn in a day so that your body uses up fat to make up the difference.
