New here and ready to roll!

Hi everyone! I'm Malynda.. It's nice to meet you all!
I'm pretty excited to be here and make some progress. Also looking to make a few friends along the way.

Does anybody use the Leslie Sansone walking videos? I've used them for a few months now and have had great results in the beginning. The weightloss has since slowed and I'm having a hard time staying motivated and focused (that's why I'm here!!). Can you all share some tips to keep the motivation going?? What has worked for you?

    I really don't have any good advice, also being new,but I think having people taking the same journey as you can help you stay focussed.

    Working out to music helps keep me motivated.
    Looking in the mirror is also a big motivation.
