Hello all, I'm new here today and wanted to introduce myself. I'm turning 30 in a few months and have noticed the past couple of years that my metabolism just isn't what it used to be. I'm hoping that storing my food and exercise on here will help to keep me on track.
Random question: I went to my first Zumba class last week and really enjoyed it (though I was really sore for the next 48 hours). I don't see it in the exercise database here - any other Zumba lovers out there? What do you enter for exercise on this site after a class?

Hi! welcome to MFP :-) IT really does help to keep track of calories/exercise on here. NOW, logging exercise is frustrating because I want to know exactly what I am burning and its hard to match up exact exercises on my fitness pal which is why I am buying a FitBit Plus. It will log in your exercises to My Fitness Pal (calories burned etc) directly. Good luck and again welcome Lisa0
