Dr. Oz talked about this product on his show last week. I asked friends about it and no one has heard of it. I did a search and found Dr. Oz talking about it on this video. My sister went to Whole Foods to find the product, but WF said they were inundated with people requesting it, but decided not to carry it because it's artificial. Has anyone heard anything further about it and if it is actually manufactured or 'artificial?'

I've personally never heard of it, but I have seem several posters on here poking fun at it, and at Dr. Oz in general.

I don't really know who he is either...

I feel for this too a while back and ordered some on Amazon. SAVE YOUR MONEY. It didn't do ANYTHING to help me. Dr. Oz is a quack.

Dr. Oz has proven himself to be a fraud, shyster and poopsnacker.

Some examples of poor advice that Dr. Oz has provided in the past...

    http://www.randi.org/site/jref-news/1260-pigasus-2011

The Media Pigasus Award goes to Dr. Mehmet Oz, who has done such a disservice to his TV viewers by promoting quack medical practices that he is now the first person to win a Pigasus two years in a row. Dr. Oz is a Harvard-educated cardiac physician who, through his syndicated TV show, has promoted faith healing, "energy medicine," and other quack theories that have no scientific basis. Oz has appeared on ABC News to give legitimacy to the claims of Brazilian faith healer “John of God,” who uses old carnival tricks to take money from the seriously ill. He's hosted Ayurvedic guru Yogi Cameron on his show to promote nonsense "tongue examination" as a way of diagnosing health problems. This year, he really went off the deep end. In March 2011, Dr. Oz endorsed "psychic" huckster and past Pigasus winner John Edward, who pretends to talk to dead people. Oz even suggested that bereaved families should visit psychic mediums to receive (faked) messages from their dead relatives as a form of grief counseling.

It's best to take any advice he has given with a grain of salt. Do your due diligence and investigate other sources for validation of anything that he has said.

Whatever Dr. Oz speaks about on his show will go up in price by 100% or better in 3 seconds of it being advertised on his show. When he talked about green coffee extract, I looked it up w-h-i-l-e he was telling about it. On one website selling it, the google server showed it being a product that cost $9.95. I clicked on the link.... and WOW!!! It is NOW priced to sell at .... GET THIS...... $29.95!!!!!

Many people said that green coffee extract DOES work, and are buying the green coffee beans and grinding them up into powder instead of using a processed product.

As for the Raspberry ketones, I would save my money. Most of the reviews on reputable supplement selling sites have been giving this product a low score for weight loss.

I used to like his show, when he first started, and then he got more and more into diet and quick fixes and then it seemed that I wouild need a semi trailer to store all the junk he recommends on a daily basis....I dont watch him anymore because what he says you want to believe because he is an educated physician who I believe sold himself out for the almighty dollar bill, I guess having loans from harvard will make ya do that, I dont know.
I wouldnt even waste another good though on this product, I would walk away and take a walk around the block....
