    Algredo sauce is butter and Parmesan cheese, and in the US, sometimes milk or cream.

    Cream cheese has absolutely no business going anywhere near an Alfredo sauce.

    This is a recipe for a cream cheese sauce.

    normally I would agree.. especially since I LOVE Alfredo. But my family all loves this (INVLUDING ME) BZut saying that about my kids and husband is crazy since they are sloop picky. I love our best bites. They have some awesome recipes :-)

    I usually buy Road's End Organics Alfredo Sauce, mix it with coconut milk and EVOO and it works, it's not as "creamy" per say, but my son and I don't do dairy, so it's dairy/soy/wheat/gluten-free and organic.
