Cardio/Strength routine?

I'm looking to jump start my cardio/strength routines. A few years back i had an awesome work out that i would do 3 strength moves, followed by 1 minute of high intensity cardio, then i would move on to 3 other strength moves and then do a different high intensity cardio for 1 minute. I loved the work out, but have lost it. Does anyone know of something similar??

  • 30 day shred is set up like that. 3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 minute abs @ 3 circuits for 20 minutes. I do that and run for 30 -60 minutes.

    Sorry, i guess i should be more specific. I am not a home work out person, do you have workouts that i can do at the gym?
