Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
No

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
No

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Went to the Y

What would I have done differently? Not eat a bagel and cream cheese before dinner and/or eat as much as I did for dinner in addition to the bagel. UGH!!! Ate up all my exercise calories and then some (+- 200).

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise. Eat some but not all of my exercise calories. This seems to work for me.

    What would I have done differently? Not eat the bag of popcorn and granola bar at 8:00 last night.

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    I'm proud that I folded all my laundry yesterday! I'm not so proud of my food choices, which is why I'm here!

    I had a healthy breakfast and lunch.

    What would I have done differently?
    Not gotten McDonalds for dinner. One burger cost me 790 calories and I felt sick afterwards.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? ate within my calories & exercised for 2 hours (even though my husband tempted me to skip going to the Y)

    What would I have done differently? snacked less at work

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise.

    i took a really long walk , played pool for several hours and kept myself busy all day instead of being lazy

    What would you have done differently?
    not have ate what i did at denny's

    get lots of exersize again and have more water :drinker:

    No - I was trying to reach my calories which I did but my carbs were over by 40 g

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    Yes - made it to salsa class and danced my butt off

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    passed up on starbucks (my daily must have)

    What would I have done differently?
    not eaten that fruity snack (only 60 cals but 33g of carbs)

    Stay within my calories

    No, didn't get a chance to work out.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made a very healthy dinner, then packaged up the leftovers by portions for another meal later this week. And made my lunch for the next work day.

    What would I have done differently? Exercised in some way

    No, but motivated for today.

    Roped my husband in my weight loss program for the next eight weeks.

    What would I have done differently?
    Started yesterday instead of today.

    Stay within my calories.
