I am truly motivated by a half gallon of milk. It is so visual to me. A half gallon of milk weighs 9 pounds!! Can you imagine that container of fat on you thighs or belly or as back fat. WOW!!!

I think a half gallon of milk weighs between 4 and 4.5 pounds (depending on variety), but either way visualization can be a great tool
