    Clean eating. Cut out white carbs and refined sugar. No fried foods. That's what worked for me. :)

    I want to know exactly what people did and how long it took them to get visible abs.

    Went paleo a year ago. No muffin top and abs appeared out of nowhere :-)

    Caloric deficit, provided that your abs muscle are trained.

    I think you misinterpreted, it means you have to do your crunches and planks in your kitchen to get abs :)

    No special diet here, no cutting out sugar or anything I've just been creating a calorie deficit and working my core. Check my pics!

    I believe the phrase is referring to eating at a caloric deficit not eating/excluding things from your diet ;)

    I've heard that abs are made in the gym and REVEALED in the kitchen. I think that's much more accurate.
