So.. I joined up this morning.. now what??? How do I start? I have absolutely no idea how to start the programme! Like what foods, exercise and how to begin! Help please!!!!

Thanks for the reply. I have managed to find my way around the Fitness Pal and with the help of a friend I seem to be getting the hang of it! Time will tell...
My biggest challenge has been getting my thyroid to function properly hopefully now that I am on medication for that I should be able to lose weight as before I only had to look at a lettuce leaf to gain!0
