Hello

So.. I joined up this morning.. now what??? How do I start? I have absolutely no idea how to start the programme! Like what foods, exercise and how to begin! Help please!!!!

    What are some of your challenges? food choices, etc? What are you trying to accomplish??

    Thanks for the reply. I have managed to find my way around the Fitness Pal and with the help of a friend I seem to be getting the hang of it! Time will tell...
    My biggest challenge has been getting my thyroid to function properly hopefully now that I am on medication for that I should be able to lose weight as before I only had to look at a lettuce leaf to gain!
