ChaLEAN EXtreme is a really great series of Dvd's....It is all about strength training (lifting)....I love it!! And all you need with it is some dumbbells...From maybe 5lbs up to 10lbs at first until you know how much you can really lift...I really like her as well, she is not annoying at all & it goes in phases for 90 days total....HTH!! Good luck!0

Great website, thanks for introducing me to that one! :flowerforyou:0 -
You can use your own body weight for alot of workouts and get the benefit of both strength training and cardio. You can purchase a medicine ball, resistance straps, and a kettleball at Walmart or even TJ Maxx. I work out this way in my gym; unfortunately I can't suggest a web site or You Tube video that depicts workout routines using your body weight and the other items.
another poster recommended Joyce Vendral DVD. She's quite a bit of fun to work out and focuses on weight training routines with alot of cardio worked in the movements.0
