Plan a trip to Cedar Point in Sandusky, OH. It's my favorite amusement park, and I haven't been able to ride amusement rides in about twelve years because of my weight.

    I am going to..

get a new tattoo - maybe
take family portraits (there are very few current photos of me and almost none of me with the kids)
    stop hiding from the camera
    buy myself new clothes
get a boob job (the girls need a little help - just a lift and tuck)
have sex completely naked (I tend to keep my shirt/pj's on) maybe even with the lights on and I might even be on top - all at the same time. :blushing:
enter and compete in my very first dressage test

When I reach my goal I want to KEEP IT OFF THIS TIME! My goal isnt to loose the weight, because that is rather easy for me. It's almost exciting to work hard and diet and loose weight and to get all of the attention from friends and family about how good you look. But what is hard is keeping it off. I've lost all of my weight and been at goal twice now. This is my third time loosing all of this weight. Once the compliments stop and the new clothes are bought and the skydiving (for some people; not for me) is complete. Then what? Then where do I go from there? That is what I struggle with the most. So my reward for reaching my goal this time isnt going to be a new pair of jeans or a fancy dress, but my reward to myself is going to be to keep my new body in shape. To maintain my healthy lifestyle and choices and to not back slide. Because that in and of itself is the best reward ever!

There's a couple of things I'm planning to do:

I'm going to find a great photographer to do a boudior photo shoot of me and give it to hubby as a surprise gift. Also, I'm going to load up a backpack with the amount of weight that I've lost and run an event with the extra weight (haven't decided on the length yet).

Ugghh! Don't know if I could do that. I will have lost 160lbs by the time I reach my goal. It would be the equivalent of running with a grown human being riding piggyback. LOL

i liked the reply of getting photos done. except mine would be the whole fam- hubby, 3 kids and boxer baby and actually wear a sincere smile. for that matter i might try to be in all photos even ones they don't want me in (or even know me) lol. i've hidden away from the cameras for too long. soon i'll be able to say that i'm a part of this family.

Hmmm....strangely enough I've never really thought about it (maybe because I never REALLY believed I'd get there?)....but I do now....I think I'd definitely get at least one new outfit...buy (and actually WEAR) a nice swimsuit...and maybe a photoshoot!!! (not in the swimsuit tho...lol)...thanks for putting this into perspective with this thread....gives me a little more motivation!

going skydiving, in a bikini, after having a few margharita's then GET NAKED and jump in a pool! or something...

    carrollel, this is awesome!!

i'll probably throw out all my old clothes (except one pair of pants as a reminder of where i came from) and buy a whole new wardrobe.

skydiving actually sounds quite liberating! hmmmmm...
  • Go out and by a tank top that shows my belly button. In that same mall get a belly button ring, and get a tatoo on my back. After I've done that..go to the store and by a bikini..and finally learn how to swim. Lol

I am going to go on an actual vacation. Not these little trips my husband and I call vacations. No camping for a weekend, no day trip to AC, I want to go to a beach where it is warmer, maybe we will make it a trip to Cali since we both want to go there so bad. I am also going to buy a new wardrobe. When I lose 100 lbs, I'm getting a bikini! (my goal is 160 lbs lost.) and it will be my first bikini since I was 5 years old. Gonna savor that! I won't care if I still am not the right size for a bikini, if my tummy is flat, I'll wear one damn it! Besides, I don't go anywhere, it would just be in my own yard.

Mine is going to sound stupid, but I intend to quit smoking. Last time I tried to quit, I ballooned fifteen pounds. When I reach my mini goal of 215, I stop the cancer sticks!

this is NEVER EVER EVER a stupid thing !! you can quit and you will quit. I did before losing weight. I had no other choice given a health condition and I am not going to lie, I loved smoking, it calmed me so much.. BUT I feel a thousand times better since quitting. food taste so much better and things I would never even consider before, now taste so darn good. YOU got this !!! I am proud that you made that your reward!!!

YES!!!! Although I plan to do this before I reach my goal weight. I don't want to wait that long! Then after baby I will continue my journey, until we feel ready for baby #2, and the cycle will continue.
