ladies: the first & last areas you show weight loss?

I have found I always lose in my face first and my stomach last.
Is it the same for everyone or is it just my genetics?

sounds about right. My belly button area has been the worst part... Damn section won't go away :P Face is def my first to thin down.0

first: boobs
middle:abs
last: thighs
it's so freaking annoying. i'd be happy with my body right now if it wasn't for my butt/thighs, but nooo my boobs have to shrink more and more haha0 -
My boobs are the first place I gain weight and the last to lose it! (It's a curse, I tell you!) I first notice weight loss in my face and waist.0

Yep! Face first. But I love that. I love looking in the mirror and being encouraged that I "already" look better0

Men usually lose fat in their abdominals and lower-back last.
Women usually lose fat in their hips/thighs/butt last.
This is primarily due to excess stubborn fat deposits in those areas.
It's not universal though. Some women will have male fat patterns and vice versa.0 -
For me first was my face and hips. My butt, thighs, saddlebags and calves all still have some very stubborn fat deposits not wanting to go anywhere0

My legs always goes first which sucks because it makes my stomach look bigger since I dont have any hips. My arms and face is last0

I lose from the top down... start with my face, arms, back, abs... sucks! Then finally I will see a little difference in my hips... and thighs and calfs are the last!0

I have heard we lose evenly over our bodies so you niotice in the places you have the least amount first,
Don't know if this is true but it would seem about right0 -
It's mostly proportional for me, which is a little sad in that it takes a lot to lose an inch somewhere because at that point I've lost an inch damn near everywhere0

Last - Hips, Thighs, Butt
(Stomach is in between those two).0 -
First - my neck/upper body. Weird area but my collarbones get more and more prominent every day (which I hope stops soon, because they're already very visible!)
Last - my thighs! I can wear the same size pants for 30 pounds either way. No lie. I'm pear shaped to a fault :grumble:0 -
From my waist and up always is the first to go for fat loss. Lower half then plays catch up, even though there is a loss there as well...just more noticeable up top. Which I don't mind because then I love the look of my back...get the nice V shape happening.0

The girls first, the calves last. And I didn't have big girls to begin with. Sigh.0

Face and generally the upper body was first, followed by legs. My belly is hanging on for dear life. It's like that with my whole family though; even the ones at a healthy weight have a belly.0
