Your BMR is 1521 and based on sedentary lifestyle, your TDEE is 1825, so I would suggest upping your calories a bit to 1325, and this would be net. So your goal should be 1325 plus try to eat some/most of your exercise calories.. The only other thing I would suggest is to watch your sodium intake, and drink lots of water.

I would try to eat a little more protein with every meal. But you're doing great, I think!

if you've lost 3lbs in 7days is there some other reason why you're asking about your diary? Cause that sounds like awesome results to me *i'd trade you in a second

I am in no way one to comment, but since you seem so keen... Your diary loks really well balanced to me. I agree that a bit more protein could be aimed for, especially as you have spare calories at the end of the day. But it seems you are on a good track. Best of luck and if you are looking for friends I;m always in search of them myself!

A few more calories wouldn't hurt, a little more protein. But overall looks good.

Your average net cals since May 5th is 1,139...Your highest day was May 12 at 1194 and your lowest was yesterday around 1071..

I like your variances there...Very consistent...You are actually putting together a solid baseline...

Keep it up...Your protein can be a little higher like someone else mentioned...try to get some of that fat down..and if you plan on keeping that fat that high make sure it's coming from good healthy fat sources...

    Keep it up! Looks GREAT!

one last thing...get at least an avg of 1200 net cals if possible.

Only thing I can see is sugar a bit high on some days, maybe try cutting out or replacing some sugar (brown sugar) with coconut sugar or stevia? Its hard to not go over on sugars though I know because fruits have lots.

IMO you are doing great! 3 pounds so far is really good. Your diet seems well balanced for the most part.

For me personally, I do more protein and lower carbs (Usually 120-140g protein, and typically under 100g carb). But that's a personal preference, and it's been working wonderfully for me.

I'd say keep doing what you are doing, and don't be afraid to eat a little more some days!
