HELLLLLO ALL MY SKINNY B*TCHES!!!!!!! Are we all pumped and ready to rock this challenge?!?!?! I hope so... if you're not... GET ON IT-- you want to be a skinny b*tch right?? Well, Skinny B*tches aren't skinny because they lacked motivation!!!
I am only going to officially weigh-in once a month for this challenge! I might change this to once every two weeks… I will see! You will all have the option of weekly weigh-ins!
This challenge is going to follow my own p90x/insanity plan, so it will be lasting for 90 days, about 14 weeks!!!!
Current Weight (5/14): (My weight is from 5/7 at 170.2 lbs)

Calories burned since last week: 4091
Nutrition goal met?? I did pretty good!

Calorie burn goal: 10,000
Weight loss goal: 3lbs
Nutrition goal: under 1400 total consumed for most days, more water, NO pop.
Measurements: (5/7)

Chest: 35”
Waist 29.5"
Hips: 42.5"
Thighs: 23.5"
Calves: 17"
Arms: 12.5"
ULTIMATE GOAL WEIGHT (for August 6th, the end of our challenge) 130
(This might be a bit far fetched right now, but we will see how it goes)
FOR THE CALORIES BURNED GOAL/ REPORT:
I keep track of all the calories I burned while exercising; I usually make a huge goal so I just have something to work towards!
Work Out Schedule:
Mon: Chest/Back/Abs & Pure Cardio & Elliptical
Tue: Pure Cardio & Cardio Abs & Elliptical
Wed: Shoulders/Arms/Abs & Cardio Recovery & Elliptical
Thu: Yoga & Cardio Power/ Resistance & Elliptical
Fri: Legs/Back/Abs & Pure Cardio/ Cardio Abs & Elliptical
Sat: Elliptical & Something outside
Sun: Stretch & Elliptical

So yeah, I'll prob do weigh ins every 2 weeks too. I mainly focus on measurements at the moment anyway.

Tue: Gym cardio & Stretching
Wed: Strength & Gymnastics
Thu: Gym cardio & stretching
Fri: REST DAY
Sat: Strength, gym cardio & stretching
Sun: Boxercise & Stretching
At the moment I'm really trying to increase my flexibility for my gymnastics so i'm trying to do 30min of stretching everyday. I think the no chocolate thing is gonna be the hardest for me this week. Wish me luck :laugh:0 -
hey! so i'm totally onboard with this, BUT i'm on vacation this week, so no scale and no tape measure. can't say anything in regards to that.
i plan on weighing in the 1, 15, and 30 of this month, but will definitely record here as well.
current weight is 159; goal is 140 by my wedding (7/20)... likely? maybe. we'll see.
I don't have many goals for this week since I'm on vacation. I'd like to just not gain this week. I plan to walk every day on the beach -- 1 - 2 hours every day (flying back to Colorado on Friday, so that's out).0 -

You can DEFINITELY make 140 by mid-July. There should be no problem at all!!! The only problem I foresee is the last fitting of your dress being too loose on the big day!!0 -

Hey I'll probably weigh in once a month near the end of the month too, I'm doing P90x which I majorly slacked on last week while I was ill, the C25k running program with extra runs on the side and I normally walk 5.4 km to/from work five days a week.
So measurements as of May 9th:
Height : 5'5
Age : 19
Chest: 37
Hips: 39
Thighs: 23
Waist: 33
Tummy: 39
Weight: 156
Goal : mid to low 130s .. not sure yet. I'm a slow loser but ideally would like to be under 150 lbs by the time I go for my holidays in mid July (likely the 13th)
This week's goals: Keep carbs in check and control my PMS eating .. I don't get many pms symptoms but my appetite nearly doubles and all I want to do is eat - healthy things or not!0 -

This week's goals: This is my first week, so for this week my goals are
1) cardio 4x (I've already done this! Yay me!)
2) keep track of all food on MFP (was really good with keeping up except for one day)
3) drink more water (ok, but could definitely improve)
I'm excited about this challenge - and even though I'm mortified about my measurements right now, it will keep me accountable! And it will be exciting to see those numbers go down!0 -
