Calories in Catfish Filets?

Can someone tell me approximately how many calories are in 1 catfish filet, say a 4oz or so filet? I've been eating tilapia, but i also have a stocked freezer of catfish filets that came from our local lake. I see anywhere from 130 to 200+ calories online. I plan to broil some soon, or maybe even try them on the grill.

    My book states raw farmed 4oz is 153 and raw wild 4oz is 108.

    ** Book is "the complete Book of Food Counts" by Corinne T. Netzer and has almost everything you can think of in it. Only about $10 on Amazon.com and well worth it.
