1st week, 3lbs lost!

I've worked out with trainer before but it didn't give me a lot of satisfaction.
But this time, I am compromising my trainer's way of working out and my own style.
So it works! I'm gonna stick with my plan until I hit the goal!

my plan!

Eating

-Breakfast: Skinny latte+ Sweet potato 100g
-Lunch: Big lettuce salad with tuna or chicken breast with 20kcal of ranch dressing
-Dinner: Anything with proper portion. (Hardest part when i'm eating out. But if i think i ate more than I was supposed to eat, then I play the dvd at 12 at night to make up!! lol)
-Snack: fruit or almonds
-Water: Drink at least 2L of water.

2 work outs for a day. (Trying to keep this everyday except weekend)
morning
- jogging 20 min
anytime after school or work
- Jillian Michael's DVD (No more trouble zone, Metabolism boost)
- Hit the gym with bf 3 times a week.
