WHAT'S YOUR WORKOUT ROUTINE?

4-5 days a week I do a 5-10 minute cardio warm up, hit the weights hard and then do cardio for 25-30 minutes.
2 days a week on cardio days I go for 45-60 minutes and hit abs afterwards.0 -
Today it was sit on bike, pedal like crazy for 2 hours while I watch the countryside rush past, trying not to eat too many flies (how much protein per fly??), then collapse into the driveway
and I wore too many clothes.. Need to drink a bucketload of water this afternoon!0 -
Mon, Wed, Fri - Weights and HIIT (25 min.)
Tues, Thurs - HIIT (30 min.) and run (3-6 miles)
Sat, Sun - Run (3-6 miles) and yoga (60 min.)0 -
Going to the gym for a minimum of three times a week or even more , training for 1 - 2 hours, sometimes including the gym equipment, i.e. cross trainer, bike and also doing classes, yoga, body balance and a running club. :happy: To strive to keep active!!!0

Monday: Compound lifts in the morning
Tuesday: Cardio on my lunch break
Wednesday: Compound lifts in the morning, bricks in the evening
Thursday: Cardio on my lunch break
Friday: Compound lifts in the morning
Weekend: varies. Sometimes it's just something fun (long mountain bike ride, hiking, etc), sometimes it's race-specific.0 -
I workout 6 days a week. I do 30-40 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of cardio. On days that I don't weight train I like to go running outside. (:0

All of you make me sound lazy lol. I do 20 minutes of circuit training Monday - Friday and 40 minutes Saturday and Sunday. I feel like I need to do more... I just don't have much time on weekdays.0

Just started my regiment.
Mon, Wed, Fri- Spinning class in the am
Mon nights Yoga for an hour and 15mins
Tues and Thurs weight training for 20mins0 -
Monday, Wednesday, Friday. I wrestle bears for strength training
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: I antagonize the women of Wal-mart then run for my life to get my cardio in.
Sunday: I wear my favorite striped leg warmers and unitard and aerobicize.0 -
I try to do something every day 30-75 minutes. Always switching things up, so I don’t get bored.
Zumba, Kettlebell, Circuit training, Volleyball, Stair climber etc..0 -
RUN...and if I get bored with running, I run some more.0

I run with a local running club on a monday, Wed and Sat morning (averaging 6-9 miles, 8-11 min mile pace) - been doing this for a year.
Also just started the 30 day shred - on day 7.
Not loosing any weight0 -
Monday - 15min Cardio in morning + 5km Run & 20mins of Weights in evening
Tuesday - 15min Cardio in morning + 30mins Cardio & 20mins of Weights in evening
Wednesday - 15min Cardio in morning + 5km Run & 20mins of Weights in evening
Thursday - 15min Cardio in morning + 30mins Cardio & 20mins of Weights in evening
Friday - 15min Cardio in morning + 30mins Cardio & 20mins of Weights in evening (optional 4-5km run in place of evening cardio)
Saturday - REST DAY
Sunday - 5km Run + 20mins Weights
In addition to all that I walk 15 to 40mins per day.0 -

Since today is Friday and it's a long weekend here in Canada. I may do 2 - 3 hours of full to empty beer bottle curls. :happy: :drinker:0
